How can I request special assistance at the airport?

Passengers who need special assistance or who suffer from reduced mobility will need to notify of this condition in advance when making their reservation.

This type of assistance may be requested via the relevant section on our website (in Your Booking) or contacting our Customer Service Department and indicate the type of special assistance required. 
 
The codes for the various special services available are as follows: 
 
  • Blind passenger / Passengers with visual impairment.
  • Deaf passenger / Passengers with hearing impairment.
  • Wheelchair for a passenger unable to walk.
  • Wheelchair for ramps.
  • Wheelchair for stairs.
 
These services are subject to availability, as explained in the Responsibilities and Limitations point, which will be confirmed at the time they are requested.
