How can I obtain an invoice for my purchase and for my Megavolotea subscription?

In order to obtain an invoice for the purchase of your tickets, visit the Manage my invoice section. You can see the pro forma invoice on the website in order to check that everything is correct, and then request the official invoice.

Once the request is completed, the invoice will be sent by e-mail within a period of 24 hours of the last flight of your booking.

Megavolotea / Megavolotea Plus members can request the subscription invoice through their user profile, in the Megavolotea / Megavolotea Plus section by clicking on "modify", they will find the section "Request Invoice".
