When will the charge be made to my account?

Upon confirming the booking for your flight, the payment information travels electronically to your bank securely via our payment gateway.

In a matter of seconds, the issuing bank for the card verifies the validity of the information and the availability of the total amount of the booking and authorizes the transaction. Once the authorization is received, a unique confirmation number for your booking is generated, which is confirmed in our system, and you receive the confirmation on your screen. Instantly, you will receive the confirmation at the e-mail address used for your booking.

The charge will be recorded on your card within a period of 24 hours after receiving the confirmation.

All charges made by Volotea are clearly identified with the word "VOLOTEA". Consult the summary of activity for your bank account in order to verify the transaction amount.
