Can I change the dates and destination of my flight?

Yes, once you have booked your ticket, you can make date, name and destination changes to your booking up to 7 days before the flight departure via the Change flights section, the mobile app or contacting our Customer Service.

Remember that in order to access the Change flights section, you will need the reservation confirmation number and the contact e-mail provided during the booking process, or the last name of one of the passengers.

Once you have entered in this information, select the new dates, origin or destination that you desire. When you have confirmed the changes and paid the corresponding amount, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your new route.

Check the cost of date, name and itinerary changes in the service fees table.
These costs are additional to the difference between the price of the fare for the original booking and the price in force at the time of the change. If the new journey is for a lower amount than that which you wish to change, Volotea will not reimburse you for the difference in price.

If you purchased the Flex plan, then you can change the date and the destination of your flight up to 4 hours before flight departure and you would only need to pay for any possible fare difference.
