Can I make changes to my booking once I've checked in?

Yes, even if you have already checked in for your flight, you can still make changes to your booking up to 7 days before the flight departure via the Change flights section or contacting our Customer Service.

Please check the costs for such changes in the service fees table.

If you have purchased the Flex Plan, you can make date and destination changes to your booking up to 4 hours before the flight departure.

Please remember that after you make any changes you must re-download and re-print your boarding pass. Any boarding passes printed before changes were made will become invalid and therefore you will not be able to use them to board the plane. To avoid confusion, we advise that you destroy any old boarding passes.
