I have technical problems accessing Volotea's website. How can I contact a technical team?

If you need to report an error or technical problem to our technological department, please fill out the incident form in the Technical support section.

The volotea.com website is compatible with the most recent versions of major browsers, including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Apple's Safari. However, it is not compatible with older versions such as Internet Explorer 7 and other browsers such as Opera.

In the case of Internet Explorer, it is important to ensure that the "Compatibility view" functionality is disabled.

For the correct functioning of Volotea's website, ensure that your browser has Javascript activated and allows the storage of “cookies”*.

In order to be able to download a boarding pass during online check-in, be sure that you have installed the PDF document viewer Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download it from the Adobe website.

Volotea.com is not designed to function on mobile devices, smart phones, or iPad-type tablets. However, most of the functionalities work perfectly on any device.

(*) “cookies” are small information files that are stored in our browsers so that the server can access this information. Only the server that placed the cookie can read it. “Cookies” are generally only valid for a limited period of time.
