Do the contact details need to be the same as those of the passenger?

No, the booking contact details don’t need to be those of the passenger.

During the booking process, the contact information fields are automatically filled with the passenger’s contact details (with the 1st passenger’s contact details, in the case of a booking for 2 persons or more), however they can be modified.

Remember that you can also add to your booking an Emergency contact via the Manage your booking section.
